If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please take note of the following requirements and procedure:
Please inspect your purchase immediately after receipt thereof.
Please notify us within 7 days from the date that you received your item(s) if you would like to return it.
All returns are handled off the website, so kindly email us at veronique@tallstory.co.za and specifically state the reason for the return so we can address the matter accordingly.
Item(s) to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odours and any signs of wear. They must also be placed back into the original packaging.
Once we have authorised the return, the items can be sent to our office by courier or drop off at the following address: 99 Sarel Cilliers Street, Rynfield, Benoni, Gauteng. Please note that return courier costs will be at the customers expense, unless it is a first-time purchase.
The shipping cost to return the item to us will be at your own expense. We recommend that you use a tracking service to return the item and obtain proof of postage; we do not accept responsibility for item(s) lost, damaged or in transit.
We do not refund the original shipping fees and you will have to pay shipping for the replacement item that you choose.
Please ensure when sending an item back to us that your full name and order number reflects on the parcel.
We must receive the items back within 14 days of our confirmation of the approved return.
Once we have received the returned items, and are satisfied with the above-mentioned requirements, we will then arrange a refund, excluding the shipping charge. The refund will be affected within 7 days of the receipt of the returned item.
