Processing time: This is the time it takes to verify your order and payment and packaging it for shipment. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from us to your destination. Local (South African) orders take 2 – 4 business days to arrive. International delivery usually takes about 5 – 7 business days to arrive.

For local (South African) orders: We make use of the Courier Guy to deliver to your door in all main centers in South Africa.
For international orders: we make use of FedEx or UPS to deliver to your door in most cities around the world.

The payment of duties, taxes and other fiscal charges are the responsibility of the receiver.
Once your parcel has been sent, we will notify you of your tracking number.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Should you enter a PO Box address at checkout, we will contact you to provide an alternate address and will cancel your order if you do not provide us with an alternate address within 24 hours of request.
